Guadalupe Victoria (29 September 1786 – 21 Maret 1843),[1][2], dilahirkan dengan nama José Miguel Ramón Adaucto Fernández y Félix, adalah seorang politikus dan perwira militer Meksiko yang berjuang untuk kemerdekaan melawan Kekaisaran Spanyol dalam Perang Kemerdekaan Meksiko. Dia adalah seorang deputi di Kamar Deputi Meksiko untuk Durango dan anggota dari Kekuatan Eksekutif Tertinggi. Dia juga menjabat sebagai Presiden Meksiko pertama dari 10 Oktober 1824 hingga 31 Maret 1829.[3]
