Guenter Seidel (lahir 23 September 1960) adalah seorang atlet berkuda asal Amerika Serikat. Ia lahir di Bayern, Jerman. Ia memenangkan medali perunggu dalam tunggang serasi tim pada Olimpiade Musim Panas 1996 yang diadakan di Atlanta, bersama dengan Robert Dover, Michelle Gibson dan Steffen Peters. Ia juga memenangkan medali perunggu dalam tunggang serasi tim pada Olimpiade Musim Panas 2000 yang diadakan di Sydney, dan pada Olimpiade Musim Panas 2004 yang diadakan di Athena.[1] Ia adalah gay terbuka.[2]
