Gunung Kyminas

Gunung Kyminas (Yunani: Όρος Κύμινας) adalah nama historis Bizantium untuk sebuah gunung di Bizantium, di Provinsi Bursa sekarang, Turki. Lokasi tepatnya tidak pasti, meskipun kemungkinan terletak di suatu tempat di sebelah utara kota Bursa. Para pertapa dan biarawan Kristen tinggal di gunung tersebut selama periode Bizantium. Pada masa Utsmaniyah, para biarawan Kristen tidak lagi tinggal di Gunung Kyminas.[1][2]

Para biarawan Kristen yang tinggal di gunung tersebut antara lain Athanasius orang Athon, Michael Maleinos (yang merupakan kepala biara lavra di Gunung Kyminas),[3] dan Thomas Dephourkinos.
