Guzaliya Gafurova (lahir 23 Agustus 1992)[1] adalah seorang karateka Kazakhstan. Ia memenangkan medali emas dalam lomba 68 kg kumit putri dalam Pesta Olahraga Asia pada 2014 dan 2018.[1][2] Dalam kedua babak akhir tersebut, ia meraih kemenangannya dengan mengalahkan Tang Lingling dari Tiongkok.[2]
Pada 2015, ia memenangkan medali perak dalam lomba 68 kg kumit putri pada Kejuaraan Karate Asia 2015 yang diadakan di Yokohama, Jepang.[3]
