Guzhu (Hanzi: 孤竹; Pinyin: Gūzhú) adalah negara vasal dinasti-dinasti Shang dan Zhou yang terletak di sekitar Tangshan modern, provinsi Hebei. Kerajaan itu berasal dari suku dan kerabat dekat Raja Tang dari Shang. Selama Dinasti Zhou Barat, suku-suku Lichi dan Shanrong masing-masing muncul di barat laut dan timur laut, menimbulkan kerisauan bagi tetangga selatan Guzhu: negara-negara Qi dan Yan. Pada 664 SM, Guzhu mulai melemah dan rajanya dibunuh oleh koalisi Qi-Yan selama ekspedisi melawan Shanrong. Pada 660 SM, Qi dan Yan akhirnya mencaplok Guzhu.[1]
