Henry Cooper Cliffe (19 Juli 1862 – 1 Mei 1939) adalah seorang pemeran panggung dan layar lebar Inggris dari keluarga pemeran. Ayahnya adalah Clifford Cooper, ibunya adalah Agnes Kemble, dan saudaranya adalah Frank Kemble Cooper. Putri Frank Violet adalah kemenakannya, Istrinya Alice Belmore. Ia berkarier di panggung dalam peran-peran klasik. Pada masa berikutnya, ia mulai tampil dalam film bisu pada masa Perang Dunia I.[1][2]
