Haemadipsidae adalah sebuah famili "lintah berahang. Sebagian di antaranya digolongkan dalam kelompok monofiletik "lintah tak berprobosis" kelompok Hirudiniformes. Anggota famili ini memiliki lima pasang mata, dan dua pasang terakhir dipisahkan oleh dua ruas tubuh tak bermata. Kebanyakan memiliki dua rahang, tetapi sebagian memiliki tiga. Kadang kelompok ini juga disebut lintah darat berahang dan ditemukan di daerah tropis dan subtropis di sekitar Samudra Hindia dan Samudra Pasifik.[1]
