Hakucho

Hakucho (juga dikenal sebagai CORSA-b sebelum peluncuran) adalah satelit astronomi pertama sinar-X Jepang, yang dikembangkan oleh Institute of Space and Aeronautical Science (maka sebuah divisi dari University of Tokyo). Ini diluncurkan oleh ISAS roket M-3C-4 pada tanggal 21 Februari 1979 dan masuk kembali atmosfer pada April 16, 1985

Itu adalah pengganti satelit CORSA yang gagal untuk memulai karena kegagalan roket pada 4 Februari 1976.
