Hans Speidel (28 Oktober 1897 – 28 November 1984) adalah seorang jenderal Jerman yang bertugas dalam ketentaraan Kekaisaran Jerman, Jerman Nazi dan Jerman Barat. Sebagai perwira jenderal angkatan satu Bundeswehr, ia menjadi pemain utama dalam pengerahan ulang Jerman Barat pada Perang Dingin dan pemasukan Jerman Barat ke NATO dan negosiasi internasional terhadap kerjasama pertahanan Eropa dan Barat pada 1950an.
