Happy Valley Shanghai (Hanzi: 上海欢乐谷; Pinyin: Shànghǎi Huānlè Gǔ) adalah sebuah taman hiburan di Shanghai, Tiongkok. Taman tersebut terletak di Distrik Songjiang, berjarak sekitar 40 kilometer (25 mi) dari pusat kota Shanghai. Taman tersebut memiliki luas 863.500 meter persegi (213,4 ekar). Dibuka pada 16 Agustus 2009, taman tersebut adalah instalasi keempat dari jaringan taman hiburan Happy Valley.[1]
