Sir Harry Paget Flashman VC, KCB, KCIE adalah sebuah karakter fiksi yang dibuat oleh Thomas Hughes (1822–1896) dalam semi-autobiografi Tom Brown's School Days (1857) dan kemudian dikembangkan oleh George MacDonald Fraser (1925–2008). Harry Flashman tampil dalam serial 12 buku Fraser, yang secara kolektif dikenal sebagai The Flashman Papers, dengan sampul yang diilustrasikan oleh Arthur Barbosa. Flashman diperankan oleh Malcolm McDowell dalam film 1975 Richard Lester Royal Flash.
