Hasan Mushaima (bahasa Arab: حسن مشيمع) adalah seorang pemimpin oposisi di Bahrain dan sekretaris-jenderal Gerakan Haq, sebuah partai oposisi berpengaruh di Bahrain. Sebelum membentuk Haq, ia merupakan anggota pendiri Al Wefaq dan figur utama dalam pemberontakan Bahrain 1994. Ia berkampanye untuk hak-hak yang lbeih demokratis di Bahrain dan dipenjara di Bahrain sejak ditangkap pada 2011.
