Helena Wong Pik-wan (Hanzi: 黃碧雲, lahir 21 Maret 1959) adalah seorang anggota Dewan Legislatif Hong Kong untuk konstituensi Kowloon Barat. Ia juga merupakan staf akademik di Universitas Politeknik Hong Kong.[3]
