Helmi Umar Muchsin (lahir 31 Januari 1968) adalah seorang politikus Indonesia. Ia dilantik menjadi Wakil Bupati Halmahera Selatan pada 20 Februari 2025 mendampingi Hasan Ali Bassam Kasuba selaku Bupati Halmahera Selatan setelah memenangkan pemilihan umum Bupati Halmahera Selatan 2024.[1]
