Hematoma
Hematoma adalah sekelompok sel darah yang telah mengalami ekstravasasi, biasanya telah menggumpal, baik di dalam organ, interstitium, jaringan dan otak.[1]
Klasifikasi
Menurut lokasi
- Kepala atau otak:
- Hematoma subgaleal – terletak antara aponeurosis galea dan periosteum
- Hematoma epidural – antara tulang tengkorak dan dura mater
- Hematoma subdural – antara dura mater dan araknoid mater
- Hematoma subaraknoid – antara araknoid mater dan pia mater (bahasa Inggris: subarachnoid space)
- Sefalhematoma – antara periosteum dan tulang tengkorak
- Otematoma – antara kulit dan lapisan kartilaga telinga
- Telinga:
- Usus:
- Kuku:
Menurut ukuran
- Petekia, mempunyai diameter berukuran lebih kecil daripada 3 mm
- Purpura, mempunyai diameter sekitar 1 cm
- Ekimosis, mempunyai panjang lebih dari 3 cm
- Memar
