Henk Brouwer Rogers (lahir 24 Desember 1953) adalah desainer video game dan pengusaha asal Belanda-Amerika .[1][2] Ia dikenal karena memproduksi video game role-playing besar pertama di Jepang, The Black Onyx. Rogers juga mengamankan lisensi untuk mendistribusikan video game teka-teki Rusia, Tetris di konsol video game, di mana tempat game tersebut mendapatkan popularitas, ia juga pendiri Bullet-Proof Software (sekarang disebut Blue Planet Software) dan The Tetris Company, yang melisensikan merek dagang Tetris. Dia berperan penting dalam menyelesaikan sengketa lisensi yang menghasilkan Tetris ke Game Boy. Saat ini, dia merupakan direktur pelaksana The Tetris Company.[3]
