Henry Chadwick, KBE,[1] FBA (23 Juni 1920 – 17 Juni 2008) adalah seorang akademisi Inggris dan pendeta Gereja Inggris. Sebagai seorang mantan Dean Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford – dan kepala Christ Church, Oxford – ia juga menjabat sebagai Master Peterhouse, Cambridge, menjadikannya orang pertama dalam empat abad yang mengepalai sebuah kolese di kedua universitas tersebut.
Sebagai seorang sejarawan utama gereja perdana, Chadwick dilantik menjadi Profesor Regius di universitas Oxford dan Cambridge. Ia merupakan pendukung terkenal dari hubungan gerejanya dengan Gereja Katolik Roma, dan anggota utama Anglican–Roman Catholic International Commission (ARCIC).
