Herbert Wakefield Banks Skinner (7 Oktober 1900 – 20 Januari 1960) adalah seorang fisikawan berkewarganegaraan Inggris. Ia lahir di Ealing, London sebagai putra tunggal dari pasangan George Herbert, seorang direktur firma pembuatan sepatu Lilley & Skinner, dan Mabel Elisabeth Skinner.[1]
