Hermann Ulrici (Jerman: [ˈʊlʀɪtsi]; 23 Maret 1806 – 11 Januari 1884) adalah seorang filsuf Jerman. Ia adalah salah satu penyunting (bersama dengan I. H. Fichte) dari jurnal filsafat Zeitschrift für Philosophie und philosophische Kritik. Ia juga menulis dengan pseudonim Ulrich Reimann.
