Hidangan Asia

Gaya masakan Asia dapat dipecah menjadi beberapa gaya daerah kecil yang telah berakar masyarakat dan budaya dari daerah tersebut. Jenis utama secara kasar dapat didefinisikan sebagai Asia Timur dengan asal-usulnya di Kekaisaran Tiongkok dan sekarang meliputi Jepang modern dan semenanjung Korea, Asia Tenggara yang meliputi Kamboja, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, dan Filipina, Asia Selatan negara yang terdiri dari India, Burma, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh dan Pakistan serta beberapa negara lain di wilayah benua, Asia Tengah dan Timur Tengah.[1]
