Hidilyn Francisco Diaz[2][3] (pelafalan Tagalog: [haɪdɪˈlin];[4] lahir 20 Februari 1991)[5] adalah atlet angkat besi sekaligus pramugari yang berasal dari Filipina. Dia juga merupakan wanita pertama Filipina yang memenangkan medali pada Olimpiade. Pada 26 Juli 2021, Diaz memenangkan medali emas Olimpiade pertama Filipina di Olimpiade Musim Panas 2020 untuk kategori angkat besi 55 kg putri,[6] mencetak rekor Olimpiade untuk divisi 55 kg di clean and jerk di 127 kg dan total di 224 kg.[7]
