Hipogastrium (disebut juga daerah hipogastrik atau daerah suprapubik ) adalah suatu daerah perut yang terletak di bawah daerah pusar. [1]
Etimologi
Akar kata hipogastrium berarti "di bawah perut "; akar kata suprapubik berarti "di atas tulang kemaluan ".
Batasan
Batas atasnya adalah umbilikus sedangkan tulang pubis merupakan batas bawahnya. Batas lateral yang terbentuk adalah menggambar garis lurus melalui titik tengah antara spina iliaka anterior superior dan simfisis pubis. [2]
