Count Hirata Tosuke (平田 東助, 2 Maret 1849 – 14 April 1925) adalah seorang negarawan dan Penjaga Cap Pribadi Kaisar, yang aktif pada zaman Meiji dan zaman Taishō di Kekaisaran Jepang.
Hirata lahir di Domain Yonezawa, Provinsi Dewa (sekarang Prefektur Yamagata) sebagai putra dari seorang samurai lokal.
