Hitam jangat atau Hitam janggi (bahasa Inggris: Taupe, Negro black) adalah suatu corak warna hitam kecokelatan. Corak warna ini melambangkan kulit hitam yang dimiliki oleh bangsa Zanggi atau Zanj (Habsyi) yang merupakan leluhur dari penduduk Afrika Timur, khususnya penduduk Etiopia dan Eritrea saat ini.[3][4]
