Hokianga
Hokianga adalah sebuah daerah di sekitar Pelabuhan Hokianga, juga dikenal sebagai Sungai Hokianga, muara lembah yang panjang di pantai barat di utara Pulau Utara, Selandia Baru.
Nama asli yang masih digunakan oleh Suku Māori adalah Kohanga Te o Te Tai Tokerau ("sarang dari orang-orang utara") atau Te Puna o Te Ao Marama ("mata air cahaya bulan"). Nama lengkap dari pelabuhan ini adalah Te Hokianga-nui-a-Kupe - "tempat kembali Kupe besar".
