Homo cepranensis adalah nama yang diusulkan untuk spesies hominin yang ditemukan pada tahun 1994. Fosilnya ditemukan oleh arkeolog Italo Biddittu dan dijuluki "Manusia Ceprano". Nama Ceprano berasal dari kota terdekat di provinsi Frosinone, 89 kilometer sebelah tenggara Roma, Italia.
Umur dari fosil ini diperkirakan berumur antara 350,000 sampai 500,000 tahun. Di sistus yang berdekatan, Fontana Ranucccio diperkirakan berumur 487,000+/- 6000 tahun dan Muttoni et al. menyarankan, bahwa Ceprano sepertinya kemungkinan berumur 450,000 tahun. Fitur tengkorak pada tulang tampaknya penengah antara Homo Erectus dan species selanjutnya seperti Homo Heidelbergensis yang mana mendominasi Eropa lama sebelum adanya Homo Neanderthalensis.
