Huang Yanpei (Hanzi: 黃炎培; Pinyin: Huáng Yánpéi; 1 Oktober 1878 – 21 Desember 1965) adalah seorang pendidik, penulis, dan politisi Tiongkok. Dia adalah pelopor berdirinya Liga Demokrasi Tiongkok.
Huang meninggal pada 21 Desember 1965 di Beijing, tubuhnya dikremasi dan abunya dimakamkan di Pemakaman Revolusioner Babaoshan.
