Humpy Koneru (lahir 31 Maret 1987 di Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh)[1] adalah seorang grandmaster catur India. Pada Oktober 2007, ia menjadi pemain perempuan kedua setelah Judit Polgár yang berhasil memperoleh rating Elo di atas 2600 dengan rating sebesar 2606.[2][3]
Pada tahun 2002, Koneru menjadi perempuan termuda yang memperoleh gelar grandmaster pada saat masih berumur 15 tahun, 1 bulan, 27 hari, dan berhasil mengalahkan rekor Judit Polgár dengan selang waktu tiga bulan.[4] Rekor ini kemudian dipecahkan oleh Hou Yifan pada tahun 2008.
