Hunslet adalah daerah dalam-kota di selatan Leeds, West Yorkshire, Inggris. Nama "Hunslet" disebutkan dalam Buku Domesday 1086. Lokasinya hanya berjarak 1 mil (1,6 km) arah tenggara dari pusat kota dan dahulunya merupakan wilayah perindustrian.
Perusahaan bir Yosua Tetley and Son memulai bisnisnya di Hunslet pada tahun 1822 dan masih memproduksi bir hingga saat ini sebagai anggota grup Carlsberg. Namun, tempat pembuatan bir ini direncanakan ditutupa pada tahun 2011.[1]
Wilayah Hunslet dikenal akan banyaknya industri berat yang berakar di daerah ini, seperti John Fowler & Co., perusahaan pembuat mesin uap asal Leeds yang terkenal di dunia, Hunslet Engine Company yang memproduksi lokomotif (termasuk untuk Terowongan Channel), dan juga Kitson & Co., Manning Wardle dan Hudswell Clarke.
