Hutan hujan Biak Numfor merupakan ekoregion hutan basah tropis di Kabupaten Biak Numfor dan Kabupaten Supiori, Papua, Indonesia. Kawasan ekologi ini meliputi Pulau Biak, Supiori, Numfor, dan beberapa pulau kecil lainnya yang terletak di Teluk Cenderawasih di sebelah utara Pulau Yapen dan Papua.
