Ignatius Aphrem I Barsoum ( ܡܪܢ ܡܪܝ ܐܝܓܢܐܛܝܘܣ ܐܦܪܝܡ ܒܪܨܘܡ)[1] (15 Juni 1887 – 23 Juni 1957) adalah Patriark Ortodoks Suryani Antiokhia dan kepala Gereja Ortodoks Suryani ke-120. Ia menulis, menerjemahkan dan menerbitkan banyak karya, yang meliputi buku-buku tentang tradisi, liturgi, musik dan sejarah Gereja Ortodoks Suryani.
