Ilafy (bahasa Malagasi: kaominina) adalah kota dan komune di Madagaskar. Kota ini berada di distrik Ambatondrazaka, yang menjadi bagian dari Wilayah Alaotra-Mangoro. Populasi dari komune ini diperkirakan sekitar 13,000 pada sensus komune tahun 2001.[2]
