Imbal hasil

Imbal hasil (bahasa Inggris: Yield) adalah keuntungan berupa bunga atau deviden dari sebuah investasi surat berharga yang diterima oleh penanam modal.[1] Jenis-jenis imbal hasil di antaranya adalah imbal hasil internal, persentase tahunan, imbal hasil saat ini (current yield), imbal hasil pada jatuh tempo (yield to maturity; untuk obligasi), dan dividen (untuk saham).[2] Besaran imbal hasil dapat bergantung pada metode perdagangannya (aktif/pasif), dan bagaimana usaha pedagang dalam mengatasi keadaan pasar saat itu.[3]
