Inessa Fyodorovna Armand (nama lahir Elisabeth-Inès Stéphane d'Herbenville; 8 Mei 1874 – 24 September 1920) adalah seorang politikus komunis, anggota Bolshevik dan feminis Prancis-Rusia yang menjalani sebagian besar masa hidupnya di Rusia. Armand, yang menjadi seorang tokoh penting dalam gerakan komunis Rusia pra-Revolusi dan hari-hari awal era komunis, nyaris terlupakan dalam waktu yang lama (karena penyensoran Stalinis, terutama karena anggapan hubungannya dengan Lenin) sampai pembukaan sebagian arsip-arsip Soviet pada 1990an (meskipun demikian, beberapa sumber berharga tentang hidupnya masih tidak dapat diakses dalam arsip-arsip Rusia[1]).
