Infiniti Q45 adalah sebuah sedan mewah 4 pintu berukuran besar yang diproduksi oleh Nissan di bawah merek Infiniti dari tahun 1990 sampai 2006. Menggunakan mesin V8 dan berpenggerak roda belakang. Q45 sendiri berhenti diekspor tahun 2006, tetapi Cima terus dijual di pasar domestik sampai Agustus 2010, ketika produksi Cima dan President dihentikan. Kompetitor dari Q45 adalah Lexus LS, BMW Seri 7, dan Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
Generasi pertama (1990-1996)
Generasi awal Q45 berasal dari sedan termewah Nissan yang dibuat khusus untuk pasar Jepang, Nissan President.
Generasi kedua (1997-2001)
Berbasis Nissan Cima. Meskipun namanya tetap Q45, generasi kedua menggunakan mesin yang lebih kecil berkapasitas 4.1 liter.
Generasi ketiga (2002-2006)
Tetap berbasis Cima, dan mesin yang digunakan kembali berkapsitas 4.5 liter yaitu mesin baru VK45DE.
