Ingrid E. Newkirk (lahir 11 Juni 1949) adalah pejuang kesejahteraan binatang dari Inggris dan presiden dari PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), yang merupakan organisasi hak binatang tersebar.[1] Ia menulis beberapa buku, antara lain Making Kind Choices (2005) dan The PETA Practical Guide to Animal Rights: Simple Acts of Kindness to Help Animals in Trouble (2009).
