Injil Nikodemus

Injil Nikodemus, yang juga dikenal sebagai^[1] Kisah Pilatus (bahasa Latin: Acta Pilaticode: la is deprecated ; bahasa Yunani: Πράξεις Πιλάτουcode: grc is deprecated ), adalah sebuah injil apokrifa yang diklaim berasal dari sebuah karya Ibrani asli yang ditulis oleh Nikodemus, yang muncul dalam Injil Yohanes sebagai kenalan Yesus. Judul Injil Nikodemus aslinya berasal dari abad pertengahan.^[2] Tanggal pembuatannya tidak jelas, tetapi para cendekiawan sepakat bahwa karya tersebut dibuat pada abad keempat Masehi.^[3]

Bagian tentang Pilatus-nya merupakan sebuah tes yang lebih tua yang ditemukan pada Kisah Petrus dan Paulus dalam bahasa Yunani dan merupakan sebuah dokumen resmi yang disiapkan dari Pontius Pilatus (atau terdiri dari laporan-laporan di praetorium Yerusalem) yang mengabarkan peristiwa-peristiwa di Yudea kepada Kaisar Tiberius, dan merujuk kepada penyaliban Yesus, beserta mukjizat-mukjizatnya.^[4]
