Inonge Mutukwa Wina (lahir 2 April 1941) adalah politikus Zambia yang menjabat sebagai wakil presiden Zambia ke-13 dari tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2021. Dia adalah wanita pertama yang memegang posisi tersebut, yang membuatnya menjadi wanita berpangkat tertinggi dalam sejarah pemerintahan Zambia.[1]
