Ione Belarra Urteaga (lahir 25 September 1987) adalah seorang politikus Spanyol dari Podemos yang kini menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Jenderal untuk Agenda 2030 dalam Kementerian Hak Sosial dan Agenda 2030. Ia menjadi pemimpin partainya sejak Juni 2021. Dalam menanggapi pengumuman Pablo Iglesias untuk mundur dari Pemerintahan Spanyol dalam rangka maju sebagai kandidat partainya dalam pemilihan umum regional Madrid 2021, Belarra diusulkan untuk menggantikannya dalam kementerian tersebut.[1][2]
