Irina Konstantinovna Rodnina (bahasa Rusia: Ирина Константиновна Роднина; IPA: [ɪˈrʲinə kənstɐnˈtʲinəvnə rədʲnʲɪˈna], lahir 12 September 1949) adalah seorang politikus dan atlet seluncur indah asal Rusia, yang menjadi satu-satunya atlet seluncur pasangan yang memenangkan 10 World Championships (1969–78) dan tiga medali emas Olimpiade (1972, 1976, 1980). Ia terpilih pada Duma Negara dalam pemilihab legislatif 2007 sebagai anggota partai Rusia Bersatu pimpinan Presiden Vladimir Putin.[1]
