Iris Apfel (née Barrel; 29 Agustus 1921 – 1 Maret 2024) adalah seorang pengusaha Amerika Serikat, desainer interior, perancang busana, dan aktris. Dalam bisnis dengan suaminya, Carl, dari tahun 1950 hingga 1992, Apfel berkarier di bidang tekstil, termasuk kontrak dengan Gedung Putih yang mencakup sembilan masa jabatan presiden. Saat pensiun, ia mendapat pujian untuk pertunjukan tahun 2005 di Institut Kostum di Museum Seni Metropolitan yang menampilkan koleksi perhiasan kostumnya dan ditata dengan pakaian pada manekin saat ia akan memakainya. Ia menjadi ikon fesyen, menandatangani kontrak dengan IMG pada tahun 2019 sebagai model pada usia 97 tahun, dan tampil dalam film dokumenter tahun 2014 berjudul Iris oleh Albert Maysles.
