Isaac (Isaak) Hirsch Weiss, atau Eisik Hirsch Weiss (bahasa Ibrani: יצחק הירש ווייס‎) (9 Februari 1815 – 1 Juni 1905), adalah seorang Talmudis dan sejarawan sastra Austria kelahiran Groß Meseritsch, Habsburg Moravia. Setelah menerima bimbingan dasar dalam bidang bahasa Ibrani dan Talmud di berbagai chadorim kampung halamannya, dalam usia delapan tahun, ia masuk yeshiva Moses Aaron Tichler (yang didirikan di Velké Meziříčí pada 1822), di mana ia belajar Talmud selama 5 tahun.
