Ismail Amat (bahasa Uighur: ئىسمائىل ئەھمەد, ULY: Isma'il Ehmet; Hanzi: 司马义·艾买提; Pinyin: Sīmǎyì Àimǎití; September 1935 – 16 Oktober 2018) adalah seorang politikus an Uighur Tiongkok yang menjabat sebagai Ketua (Gubernur) Kawasan Otonom Uighur Xinjiang, Kanselir Negara, Wakil Ketua Kongres Rakyat Nasional dan Wakil Ketua Konferensi Konsultatif Politik Rakyat Tiongkok.
Ia adalah salah satu politikus Uighur (juga Muslim Tiongkok) berpangkat tertinggi yang duduk sebagai berdasawarsa-dasawarsa dalam Pemerintahan Pusat Repiblik Rakyat Tiongkok antara 1979-2008.[1]
