Ismat Jahan (kelahiran 1960) adalah Pengamat Permanen Organisasi Kerja Sama Islam untuk Uni Eropa. Dari 2009 sampai 2016, ia menjadi Duta Besar Bangladesh untuk Belgia, Luksemburg dan Komunitas Eropa dan dari 2007 sampai 2009, ia menjadi Duta Besar dan Perwakilan Permanen Bangladesh untuk Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa.[1]
