Ishme-Dagan I (bahasa Akkadia: Išme-Dagān IIšme-Dagān Ibahasa Akkadia: Išme-Dagān I; skt. 1776 SM — skt. 1736 SM) merupakan seorang raja Asyur. Yang jauh kemudian Daftar Raja Asyur (DRA) menyatakan bahwa Isme-Dagan I memerintah selama empat puluh tahun, tetapi; hal ini sekarang dikenal dari limmu-daftar eponim yang digali di Kültepe pada tahun 2003 bahwa pemerintahannya di Assur berlangsung selama sebelas tahun. Menurut DRA, Isme-Dagan I adalah putra dan penerus Shamshi-Adad I. Juga menurut DRA, Isme-Dagan I digantikan oleh putranya Mut-Ashkur.
