John Neely Johnson (2 Agustus 1825 – 31 Agustus 1872) adalah seorang pengacara dan politisi Amerika Serikat yang menjabat sebagai gubernur California keempat dari 9 Januari 1856 sampai 8 Januari 1858, dan kemudian ditunjuk hakim untuk Mahkamah Agung Nevada dari tahun 1867 sampai 1871.
