JBS S.A. adalah perusahaan Brasil yang merupakan perusahaan pengolahan daging terbesar di dunia, memproduksi pabrik olahan daging sapi, ayam dan babi, serta menjual produk sampingan dari pengolahan daging tersebut. Ia berkantor pusat di São Paulo.[2] Didirikan pada tahun 1953 di Anápolis, Goiás.

Pada tahun 2017, perusahaan ini memiliki 150 pabrik industri di seluruh dunia.[3] J&F Investimentos adalah 42% pemegang saham tidak langsung di JBS S.A.,[4] yang terdaftar di pasar saham Amerika Serikat sebagai JBSAY.[5] J&F Investimentos dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh Joesley Batista dan Wesley Batista. Pada Mei 2017, JBS S.A. tetap menjadi toko daging terbesar di dunia.[6]
