Jacklyn Sheryl Rosen (lahir denga nama belakang Spektor pada 2 Agustus 1957) adalah politikus Amerika yang menjabat sebagai Senator Amerika Serikat dari negara bagian Nevada sejak tahun 2019. Ia adalah anggota Partai Demokrat dan sebelumnya pernah menjadi anggota Dewan Perwakilan Amerika Serikat untuk dapil kongres ke-3 Nevada dari tahun 2017 hingga 2019.
Ia terpilih menjadi anggota Senat pada pemilihan umum tahun 2018 dan berhasil mengalahkan petahana dari Partai Republik, Dean Heller .[1] Ia adalah satu-satunya penantang dari Partai Demokrat yang berhasil menyingkirkan petahana dari Partai Republik pada pemilu 2018.
