Rabi Jacob Joseph Oettinger (bahasa Ibrani: הרב יעקב יוסף עטטינגר‎[1] 1780 – 1860) adalah seorang kepala rabi di Berlin terakhir antara 1825 dan 1860,[2] dan menjabat sebagai dekan kolese rabinikal Berlin.[3] Oettinger juga dikenal sebagai penentang Leopold Zunz.[4]
