Jakob Cedergren (lahir 10 Januari 1973) adalah seorang pemeran Denmark kelahiran Swedia. Ia tampil dalam lebih dari 40 film dan acara televisi sejak 1998. Ia membintangi film Dark Horse, yang ditayangkan dalam sesi Un Certain Regard di Festival Film Cannes 2005.[1]
